Our hot water cylinder died on us two days before the weekend. As a family of 6 (4 children) hot water is a must! We were gearing ourselves up for no hot water, especially being that close to the weekend. But the staff were amazing and said they would do their best to give us hot water the next day. We were walked through the whole process. No hidden costs. Offered us a few solutions that would work for us and helped us make a decision that would be the best for our family. The work carried out was to a high standard and super prompt which we appreciate, especially this close to Christmas. Best part, we had hot water the very next day and went from low pressure to mains, the best move we have ever made. Will use your services again when needed, couldn't fault this company!
