Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. First. Brought in a broken phone and left it for repair.. Later purchased a case from them for an older phone. Grateful to find a place that had these.

I got a small amount of water in my iPhone XS that caused the screen to go out. After assessing the damage, He was able to replace my screen in about 20 minutes.

They were very accommodating and did a top notch job replacing the screen and a putting in a new power port on my iPad Pro 11. They were one of the very few people who would replace the power port and they did it well. Highly recommended UR Tech because they also have a good attitude.
