Family friendly place. While my husband is training , our daughters is either playing and socializing with other kids or doing the work out with him. Always a story to tell once they get back home.

The team here are awesome. Super helpful, really drive learning the skills & technique correctly so you can improve over time with less injuries, and are generally bloody good sorts.The place has good vibes, good times & great workouts (which will get your heart rate up!). Highly recommend.

Friendly gym. Every session is coached, and the coaches really care. They can scale workouts for any ability, while also encouraging improvement. Lots of variety in the workouts as well, so you never get bored!

Absolutely Amazing!!! I don't actually like going to Gyms as such... but this one is a community, with so much love and support! It makes you want to go! There's a lot of places to exercise in Taupò and this is definitely the BEST!!!
