Pathetic service. They don't pick up phone when you call them to enquire. Rude customer service and they lie to tell you phone is in back office, when I could clearly here him pick call and go behind doors when I called from counter. Low integrity, poor service. Would never use that BP ever.

I needed to take the time to say thank you to Veronica and the team at BP Weymouth for their amazing work. I get my morning coffee from them everyday and it always such a positive experience. They are all so friendly, take time to greet you and talk and it makes early mornings so much more bearable. I will miss them while we are on lockdown. I know they are still hard at work serving the community and for this i thank them even more. You are all heroes too!

Always try to order on uber eats here and they always accept the order and make me wait and then just cancel it. Even simple items like a 1.5L drink. So unreliable, staff must be really lazy.

Have come here multiple times before to get coffee and fill up. When we got coffee here the last time we asked for medium coffees and were given the small cups claiming thats what their mediums are like here (we know they arent and we paid for mediums). We came in again today as our power was out and we bought two large coffees and asked if they would be able to boil water for a flask as we have an infant that is formula fed and we cant heat any water up for him. They then charged us for the boiled water too? I am baffled. Wont be coming here again.

Was excited about the coffee due to some great reviews. But the flat white wasn't really a flat white, just coffee with warm milk. The coffee was not really hot, but rather a bit warm and weak. Would not recommend their coffee. Their almond milk was also super sweet which I found very odd. Overall, bad coffee to be honest.

I had a bad experience with an employee named Veronica. Rather than serving the line of customers waiting to pay for gas she was having personal conversations with someone else. She raised her hand at me when I was explaining to her my payment methods. Very rude and unprofessional.

Staff need to listen clearly to coffee orders. I asked for chocolate sprinkled on top and the guy told the barista cinnamon. She makes it and when I correct the guy, the lady takes off the cinnamon top and replaces with choc, then she tells me to taste it, and if i didnt like it she would make the correct order...obviously there were others waiting for coffee and I didnt want to make a fuss so I left. With no froth due to scraping most off, coffee tasted mediocre. Please staff, listen to an order properly!
