Have been bringing my lab here for a number of years now for both day care and over night stays with no problems. Called over the weekend to book her in to stay overnight and was rudely declined by a lady on the phone saying that my dog needed to be crate trained which she is and that my dog would cause issues with other dogs as it has been too long since she has stayed there overnight. I was amazed as we have never had any issues with this place in the past and a bit of a shame as my dog loves it there.

So handy and don't need to book just arrive with one excited doggo and leave with a very very tired one. Perfection!

We are extremely happy with Hamilton Hounds Doggy Day Care's great service and reasonable pricing. The team are fantastic people who are always so positive and go out of their way to make our dogs feel welcome and happy there. I highly recommend Hamilton Hounds. Thanks guys. Keep it up :-)

I can't say enough about this place - the staff and environment are amazing and my dog can't wait to get out of the car each morning to see Hannah, Josh, Paula, Emma, Sue and the gang. They could not be more welcoming and accommodating. In response to previous review about booking in for an overnight stay and being declined - I know that, for your dog's wellbeing, they prefer to take dog's that are regular daycare attendees so that they know their 'people' and the other dogs so they aren't too stressed staying overnight. Have never ever experienced any rude service whatsoever. Keep it up Hamilton Hounds - we are lucky to have such a wonderful service at decent rates in Hamilton - worth every penny.

I trust them to take good care of my dogs, they separate the big dogs from the small. My dogs have so much fun when they go there. It is run by lovely friendly people and very obviously staff that love dogs.

If you ever need a place for your dog to go chill out with other dogs, this is definitely the place! Hamilton Hounds have a great facility and they take great care of your pet. My dog attends and by the time she gets home, she's absolutely knackered. The team are friendly and they post great updates! Thanks for the awesome work, Hamilton Hounds

My girl, Jessie, loves her time spent at Hamilton Hounds! She has no energy left at the end of the day, but it is a happy exhaustion! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, and Jessie would rather stay than come home!!

This doggy service is very unsafe for your fur babies. They have prided themselves on been able to care for all your dogs daycare needs? This is far from the Truth!! My fur baby puppy was placed in the adults dog section and was brutally attacked by a adult male dog while in their care. He sustained a bite injury to the back of the neck with a deep gash wound tearing the tissue and leaving a 6cm scar mark? When staff were asked about what happened they said the adult male dog attacked my fur baby??? When asked why they placed my fur baby in the adults section they replied they were understaffed that day and needed to manage all the dogs in their care for that day??? Deen the business owner seemed to downplay the whole incident and in my view HAMILTON HOUNDS CANNOT be trusted to care for your fur babies as their service and PRACTICES are UNSAFE for any dogs!!!Read the other disappointed reviews about HAMILTON HOUNDS!!

These guys are amazing. Very flexible, get to know your dog and give you heads up on when they're over tired or had a great day. Our pup is always very excited each morning when we say doggy day care - it's always a lap of the house doing zoomies and thenwagging her tail at the door.
