It is a place to shop your vehicle parts. Usually the well known shop after Repco. That is so popular auto shop. So, no need to write a longer review on Supercheap. But what I might say is they usually might be cheaper to Repco.

I selected the trailer plug that I wanted but when I got home I found it wasn't suitable for my caravan so I went back and the staff member was able to arrange a replacement (which has worked fine). Excellent help from the staff and great product range and pricing.

Taller red-head guy waaay too comfortable just saying I don't know". Doesn't bother attempting to assist customer. A quick cross-reference to the info on the Supercheap website solved my question

Disappointing service. Both over the phone and in person. Was told one price for a filter over the phone, and pet would be set aside for pick up. When arriving in person, the item was there but at approximately double the price. Lady at counter was blunt and unapologetic. I respectfully said I wouldn’t find somewhere else to shop.

Being female, I was out of my comfort zone in this place and it took me quite awhile to find what I wanted. I did see staff but they passed me at speed, showing no interest in me and I had no chance to speak to them. However, they did show interest and speak as I walked out past the checkout empty handed. A sale missed.SOME MONTHS LATER.......called in for wiper blades, was impressed withexcellent service and product advice, took up their offer to fit them and left a happy customer.
