After ringing what felt like almost every other plumbing service in Whangārei - I came across Pro Plumb and I can't speak highly enough of the fantastic job done to remove a toilet and basin.Quick and responsive communications, task focussed, time efficient, solid work ethic. I stupidly dug through a water pipe and called a bunch of Plumbers in Whangarei, only to be told that it would be days before someone could come... When I tried Pro Plumb, to their eternal credit, they made some calls and had a bloke there within an hour. He was a champ. The invoice came through by email and I was super happy with the price too, considering how quick they had someone over. 10/10 cheers boys

Had my Mum's hot water cylinder checked and ultimately it needed to be replaced. She has dementia and this was done directly by the team. Entire experience from calling up reception to book the job and the communications from Daniel while he executed it was a pleasure. They looked after my Mum and Daniel even took the time to check on the original fix as well as sort a telephone issue which enabled me to get back in remote contact with Mum. THANKYOU
