Louise and Ross are such a nice people. After reading the building report, it listed all the possible findings and recommendations. It helps me a lot to make the decision more easier. First time experience with Ross and Louise, what a delight.Very thorough report and well documented. I like how they offer a free half hour chat about the report so they can help you better understand what has been detailed further. Extremely thankful they could fit our appointment in on such short notice! Our correspondence have all been very good, lovely couple.
