Construction Cost Consultants

Well, I asked them to contact me so that I could give them some repeat business. To date they have not replied.However, immediately after posting the above review I was contacted by Cost Construction Consultants. They checked, double-checked, and checked again for the contact request I had sent. It could not be located. We more or less agreed that it was a missing communication that could not be explained. I accept that.I should also say that the follow up I had was outstanding - an aspect that really emphasises their focus on customer service / customer care. And also adds weight to the missing communication being an issue neither of us could control.I am happy to continue business with Cost Construction Consultants - very happy.
