Ah, it is a lamentable circumstance when the gustatory pleasures are marred by the shortcomings of the human element. Alas, such was my experience at the establishment in question. While the food was certainly palatable, my interaction with the waitress left a bitter taste in my mouth that even the most expertly crafted dish could not fully expunge.As I made my inquiries into the seating arrangements, I found myself met with a disdainful gaze and an exasperated tone from the waitress. Her condescension and lack of empathy were palpable, as if my simple questions were an affront to her waitressing expertise. It was a most regrettable misunderstanding, compounded by her unnecessary belittling of my inquiries, which ultimately resulted in my feeling foolish. Thankfully, another waitress stepped in and remedied all with ease and elegance.Thus, I must regrettably declare that I shall not return to this establishment, for the price of admission to such palatable cuisine should not come at the expense of my dignity. One must always endeavor to savor not only the food, but also the experience in its entirety.

I've always been curious with this Raman place. I'm a Raman lover, so am really glad I tried this place.I had the Trio Pork Tonkatsu. The Raman was nice and not overcooked. The char sui and the pork belly was really nice, I wasn't too keen on the streaky bacon. The soft cooked egg was done perfectly. The broth unfortunately was underwhelming and let the dish down. It was nice but not as flavourful and rich as I was expecting of a Tonkatsu.I'll recommend this place for lunch and the donburi dishes as it's hard to go wrong.

I love ramen ria so much and their food is usually amazing, but I ordered some pork belly bao buns on Uber eats and the pork has a very weird taste to it, unfortunately it was a very strong chemically taste and it’s left a red mark on my tongue. I tried to call the restaurant a few times but I never got through ☹️

Ordered the signature miso and pork trio Tonkotsu ramen, a little bit pricy as the portion size was small. However, taste were good. Order the wonton, should have ordered the dumpling instead.

The Ramen noodles are amazing and the soup tastes wonderful! The Signature Miso Ramen is a bit spicy, and I like it the most! Black Tonkotsu Ramen is delicious as well. The Grilled pork chashu is yum but there're lots of fat. Karaage chicken made us feel satisfied. There are six chicken for a 'small' Karaage chicken. Customer service is good.

Overpriced for what it’s worth. The quality compared to other stores in Christchurch has to be on the lower side. Small bowl and very expensive but that isn’t even the problem. T_T could not enjoy the flavour. Better off going somewhere else if you want quality and taste.
