I had my hearing testing done and I was warmly greeted at reception. The testing process was conducted by a very well trained and professional technician who made me feel comfortable and explained the process and the results very clearly. It was a great experience.

My apologies to bay audio ,for my previous post. I have got a loan pair of aids now. I can now hear properly again. Mine must have been not right for a very long time. Very good service with a smile . Highly recommend them.
