The staff on the general public counter Level 7 were most accommodating, helpful and polite. The lady helped me out with my tax return and now all is good. I am extremely grateful for her patience, especially at the end of a long day.

Whats the point...give you a number you cant call...tax you on money you dont have acces to with super yet expect you to pay with money you do have access to.

Helpful and friendly staff. Hard to get through on the phone though. My IR website could be alot better. Also really disappointing to file a tax return only to be told I owe money when I've always correctly declared all my incomes and changes to them. Otherwise a good and reliable service.

Not very good at helping customers rather points out to to sort out issues on your own. If I had to do that I would have done at the comfort of my own home and not travel to your building and then take an elevator Up to get your office then to find No one at the counter completely deserted.More often the counter office are Left Empty and have to ring the bell and wait.Not impressed !
