Number One Shoes
Lots of really nice stuff, mostly at the cheaper end of the range. Much more plastic than leather, but some stylish stuff nonetheless.

Feels like it is half woman's shoes and then quarter each for male and kids.And prices have gone up ( like everything)No staff at checkout while 4 people lined up, which as annoying, showed they were pretty stretched to look after customers requested. No fault of the staff at all!!As a side note, the men's shoes selection wasn't great.

Number One Shoes
While in Invercargill, we went on a shopping spree. We dropped into No 1 shoes to find something for my sister. The staff were great, my sister is disabled and has small but wide feet. The saleswoman was a great help and found us plenty of options. We came away with 3 pairs of footwear, when we usually struggle to find one. Thank you so much for your help so freely given.

Went in today, only because Hannahs has moved to the Number One Shoes store.Spent $170 on a pair of sneakers, no help offered (with two sales assistants that didn't move from behind the counter with a shop full of customers), and it's basically turned into a serve yourself store.Hopefully Hannahs are intending to move to the phase 2 part of the mall as I have always had amazing service from the ladies who were at their old store.I'll be ordering online from now on, as someone who has worked in retail for many years, zero service really grinds my gears.

Customer service is rubbish. The warehouse has better service. Honestly didn't buy anything because of this will go to Queenstown store next time.

I was here with my mother who struggles to find shoes to fit. Danielle, the shop assistant, was helpful, patient and friendly. Mum said, That young lady is a real asset to this business". Thank you Danielle for a welcoming experience. Mum loves her new shoes."

Products can be good but sevice is poor compaired to when Hannahs were in Tay Street.
