If you are into merino wool this is your place, clothing is high end quality but also very, very expensive. Mostly knitted sweaters, jackets, socks, scarfs. Would be probably better for them if located somewhere in CBD. I guess the only customers are mostly the clients of Untouched World Kitchen, which is best is town.
