I’m a chilled person but the problem is I have a lot of kids and roadworks goring on around Chch and I cannot get over the driver from this co. He was tailgating me so much I started to get intimidated by the driving and aggression he showed me I work with trauma and ppl need too remember we r all accountable for the consequences of our actions and the fact that I would be appalled if that was how my business was been represented

I want to give five stars purely because of Gareth in customer service. We call a lot from Nespresso and he's ALWAYS so lovely, funny, and helpful - makes our day when we get to say hi!!

I've never used their services and don't think I ever will after this inconsiderate courier drove past me and blocked my way to steal the parking spot I was patiently waiting and signaling for, no acknowledgment or anything.
