Has been a great experience from day one. I started with almost no zero core strength, and neck and lower back issues! The staff are all very professional and encouraging and the progress I have made in the past 8 months has had dramatic, positive effects on so many aspects of my life. Carrying the supermarket shopping is a breeze, I can now work a day in the garden and walk for a few hours and not suffer the next day!
