Pretty great and accessible supermarket besides Richmond mall. Pretty cheap too. If you want to grab a quick daily stuffs, just go here. Better if you have member card so you can do self checkout on the fly.

Was waiting in line at the checkout and my kid sent me a selfie so I snapped one back to her. Then the old cow checkout operator demanded to know what I was taking photos of and that I am not allowed to use my camera in store. I said there is nothing saying I can’t and she said she would call the supervisor over. I walked out.

It's my go to supermarket for all my essentials and everyday needs, It can get busy though so checkouts can sometimes be troublesome, however thanks to their new self scan system, it helps speed things up with their dedicated checkouts for self scanners.

A massive store with a huge range of products. It has competitive prices and there was plenty of room to move around. Check out was quick and friendly service provided.

Great shop. Lot of very stressed shoppers around though. Would call it trolley rage. I just keep smiling and doing my thing.

A lot of the time my mother & I shop here, I often feel judged and given the cold treatment when I get to the checkout and a young person is serving me, I greet them with a smile and say hello but they clearly don't want to be kind back, I think with most of the reviews here says that most of the young ones who work here aren't good in terms of customer service and makes you wonder why this store even recruits them in the first place.I like the pricing & the value is good, some of the older staff are okay but the young ones clearly don't want to be here, if you're reading this pak'n'save Richmond, please stop recruiting younger staff, I understand that everyone has a bad day, but one should learn to separate their personal matters from business matters and that's a skill that young ones now days do not possess!Quite rude actually, I don't like shopping at this store because of the attitude that they give off, I do like the pricing and the value that you get for your hard-earned money though which is nice and the main reason why most of us shop here, but I just can't get over how rude the young ones can seem/be.I'm sure others can agree with me as well.

Visit here fairly regularly for our shop, always happy with the prices and quality is usually pretty good! However on my last trip on Wednesday night, the staff were unbelievably miserable, very unhelpful and rude, the girl on checkout clearly didn’t want to be there and couldn’t wait to finish off and go home, I am happy to spend my money there it would just be nice for a smile when you receive it!
