Terrence Creagh Plastic Surgeon Christchurch
I went to see Dr Creagh in regards to scar revision on my face due to a car accident. The appointment went well, he said he could help and would talk to his other colleagues and then get back to me in regards to ACC etc. After not hearing a single word for months and me just thinking the hold up was with ACC, I contacted his receptionist who went on to tell me nothing had been done. So very disappointed and upset I was just brushed aside and ignored.

Mr Creagh is truly exceptional. I always feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. He has gone above and beyond to be sure that my health is a priority.He is extremely knowledgable, professional and kind. I am very grateful and cannot speak more highly of him. His clinic is inviting and his beautiful staff members are friendly and helpful in every way.I truly recommend Mr Creagh to anyone seeking a kind and brilliant doctor.

I'm sure Dr Creagh is great but unfortunately I'll never know because his receptionist does him a disservice by not getting back to you on your inquiries. 3 times I had to call and still she had been too busy" or " hadn't had a chance to find out". Sadly he's missing out on business because of this staff member."
