Had the misfortune of dropping my phone resulting in a shattered screen. Called for a quote and they were able to do it during the day. They also popped in a new battery at the time. The next day took another look at the phone as it had a rattle after the repair, they quickly put it right for me. Quick friendly service. Thanks Sean!

Dropped my Huawei mate 20 in the bath &shattered the screen A MONTH AGO. So before thinking about a new screen I was wondering if the water damage meant I needed a new phone because I had left it so long.Not only did he explain everything concisely, he had me feeling confident it would be okay. He was so informative, fair and did a fantastic job - I could not be happier with the speed, quality, and price of service.I don't even live in Wellington but drove out because the reviews were better than anywhere near me and tell ya what: it was well worth the drive!!

Dropped my phone down a drain last week. Put it in rice for two days with no luck so took it here to see if it was fixable. Was given a very informative response and was promptly called the next day with the outcome of the clean and discussion for next steps. Happy to say the phone is now working again and was no more than the original repair price I was quoted. All round great service!

I am an user of Galaxy note 5, and it is a little difficult to find shops that have spare screens to replace. The screen of my phone needed replacing and this shop was the last shop I dropped by. The replacement was quick (approximately 3 hours) and they sent me an email informing my phone was ready. I am very grateful for their quick repairment. Everything was perfect until my screen was broken again. Without any reasons, the screen didn't work at that morning, so I went back and asked. They replaced mine again for free.

Happy with their service - talked me out of replacing the screen, and told me that screen-protectors are in short supply in NZ for my Xiaomi 5G. Advised patience - very trust-worthy!

Quick and friendly service. They have screen protectors and cases for some older phones (like the Samsung S7) that other stores no longer stock, which is very handy.

Amazing service and very professional. Called up about my laptop with a broken screen. It was a screen which was hard to replace meaning it needed to be ordered. He said it it would take 2;3 weeks for it to be finished. He called the next day and said it was finished. Would totally recommend this amazing place. Half the price of another quote i had received. Thanks repair plus i will be returning.
