Cat was a real asset to have, she is experienced, professional, fun and easygoing, but most of all she was able to be flexible and fit in well with our family, friends and the overall dynamic for the day. She helped keep everyone on track and did so many helpful things in the background that made the day go smoothly. Would absolutely recommend having her on your team!

Where to even begin on how incredible Cat is! To say she is an asset is a big understatement when it comes to our experience with her...Cat has been the biggest part of our wedding from day one. My husband and I wanted to plan a wedding that our guests would walk away and say 'Wow, that was an incredibly fun wedding' but to say this required a lot of planning with all the moving parts - thankfully we had Cat by our side. She listened to our hearts, ideas, cultural traditions, and dreams for the big day and helped to bring them into reality. Planning with her was a breeze especially having her incredible personalised online tools; this allowed us to do stuff in the background and she was always in the loop, any time I felt overwhelmed (which was rare) she was there with her kind heart and took away all stresses/thoughts in my head. She checked in, gave suggestions and solutions, and was always there with any requests I had during the planning process.Cat's on-the-day coordination, organisation, time skills, and eye for detail shone so brightly on our big day. Having someone who knew exactly what we wanted and wholeheartedly trusted was everything to us. It allowed us to be present during the day when the morning of she was setting up, and during the day behind-the-scenes she made everything flow smoothly. Cat seamlessly communicated with all vendors on our behalf, sent our MC helpful tips and tricks, and was one of the last ones there at the end of the night. Cat goes above and beyond what is required of her and we will be forever grateful for everything she did for our wedding (trust me, it was a lot having two cultures, traditions, and several moving parts involved).Cat's passion for weddings, love, and helping your dream come true is what makes her so special. She truly is the person you want on your team! I can't highly recommend her enough!!!!!!

Cat from Fika Events was such a god send on our wedding day.Having a Marquee wedding on our farm we wanted someone who we could trust, and ensure they day would go smoothly.The best part was our families could enjoy the day and not worry about the small things Kat was there, thinking of everything!Cats on the day set up and pack down package is everything you could ask for on your special day!She even recorded our ceremony on my phone without me even asking her, what an angel!S & Ixx

Cat (Fika Events) is hands down my best asset!!She has made wedding planning for me stress free fun and light. People ask me all the time leading up to the wedding if I’m stressed or worried but the simple answer is no way! Cat thinks of all the unthinkable things to make your day the best! Only a month or so before our daughter’s wedding we decided to employ Kat from Fika events to help “keep the show on the road”. What an asset Kat was to our weekend. She arrived the day before and not only fitted in with everyone she helped out in so many ways that we hadn’t expected. She managed to stay calm amid the chaos and on the day was so professional and unobtrusive. Just what we wanted!! It meant we were able to relax and enjoy the magic of such a special day!! I certainly wouldn’t do another wedding without her!

Cat and her team from FIKA Events went above and beyond to make our wedding day exactly how we envisioned it! Cat is absolutely worth her weight in gold and worked extremely hard behind the scenes leading up to and on the day. She took away all the stress so I could just relax and enjoy my day being a bride. The day honestly wouldn't have been anywhere near as successful as it was without Cat coordinating and organising all the vendors, and working hard to ensure all the decor was looking perfect. The resounding response we got from all our guests was 'It was one of the BEST weddings we've ever been to!'. I HIGHLY recommend FIKA Events to anyone thinking of organising a wedding.

If you’re having a marquee wedding, Cat is your gal! We had the setup/pack down and on-the-day coordination from Cat for a marquee wedding on a private property and she was amazing.The main thing for us was having someone who could setup and manage everything, meaning us, our family and guests could have a stress free day and we definitely achieved this.When I first told my parents I was getting a coordinator they didn’t quite understand why we needed her but afterwards they said we don’t know what we would’ve done without her! Thank-you Cat for everything you did, you were an unofficial bridesmaid making everything run seamlessly and we are so grateful! X

Cat was absolutely amazing! From the moment we met her, to the organising and communication around what we imagined our wedding to be like- she just knew what to do. Our wedding day was made truely magical because of her and if there was an issue on the day- I didn’t know about it! She made the day run smoothly, worked well with all of our vendors and was very organised. What amazed me most was that she stayed later to make sure everyone was ok and pack down was sorted. We can not recommend her enough. Loved her bubbly personality too! I was completely stress free on our big day and we both got to enjoy it without thinking about things going wrong. If you are thinking about hiring a wedding organiser- look no further- Cat is your lady! We loved her !
