It was my first time to import a massage chair from China. First thing I did is sending emails to customs brokers then only Easy Freight responded to me. Looks like other big(?) companies were not interested at all in such an unprofitable customer.Easy Freight staff didn't mind at all answering all my stupid questions even at late night, which was incredibly helpful. That's why I decided to go for them.After signing off, everything went smoothly and every time I asked a question, Denis replied super quickly. Thank you so much Denis for your support. It was our first time importing food for our small business, so we were nervous about how the process would go, but Easy Freight helped throughout the whole process. The onboarding process was organized and easy to follow. After, we worked with Marina and she went above and beyond for us. She was patient and professional with us while we were learning. She was also knowledgeable about the details of importing and great with communicating. We made a few mistakes, but Marina helped us keep moving forward and we would import with her again:)
