Rosalina has been facilitating the Digital Boost online platform that I was privatised to attend.She was as professional, patient and helpful in understanding how the Digital Boost works and how to access the information. Online learning in a group can be challenging with people at all levels of digital awareness.Personally I have learnt a lot about the background of digital platforms and how they interact and help promote my business. The short videos were easy to understand with Rosalina’s help, finding ways to implement them into my business. I was travelling for most of the duration, with the Click Up I was able to keep on track and catch up on Zoom as well as attending some meetings.The topics were relevant to everyone and we all helped each other in some way and also great to connect with other small businesses owners.Having set times to meet keep me focused on planning and growing my business, in a group and individually.The key thing I learnt was how to measure the success of different social media engagements and what all the jargon means.
