Wonderful experience. Your staff are very knowledgeable and I know I’m in great hands. Very professional and caring service. I was contacted 4 hours after my treatment to make sure everything was okay! Incredible. Can’t rate your manager highly enough.

Had been seeing a laser clinic in Christchurch for the last two years then decided to change clinics to SkinHQ, and in the first two sessions here I'm seeing better results than I did after two years at the other clinic. SkinHQ staff are really thorough and look after their customers (including complimentary macaron after every appointment)! Super affordable too, highly recommend.

I have been to Skin HQ Wanaka on several occasions and have been looked after by Janeen- she is absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable about skin care/treatments. Very happy with the results. The premises are lovely, and the staff professional. Highly recommended.

As always friendly and professional service from Janeen and Concy. I usually have laser hair removal with Janeen who is always enthusiastic and very knowledgable able the machine and the process. She is very excited about getting the best results for her clients. Today I had my first facial with Concy - this lady has magic hands!!! Amazing :)

First time I've been to a beauty salon, and therefore the first time I've had laser hair removal. Good communication, and very attentive Janeen who accompanied me throughout the process from my consultation, and doubts, received me, did the treatment and followed up. It is a treatment of several months, but I am happy with our first meeting. Thank you very much.
