Great service. Delivery was fast and wood is as described, dry and good burning. First time customer and will use again. Contacted The Woodshed 3 days ago and not impressed with their response. Just to busy to deal with us as a customer so gave Brian a try. Far better service.

We ordered 2 cubic metres of bluegum and paid the full $140 per metre. The guy turned delivered 1.5 metres of pine and 1/2 a metre of bluegum.

Brian is one of the most honest people I know, is quite humble and cares a lot about customer satisfaction. He is exactly the kind of man I would like to provide me product or service: indeed a top notch bloke who goes the extra mile! Highly recommended.

Delivered 4 meters of wood, the guy was quizzing me about what model fire i had, handed me a piece of wood asked if i thought it was dry ( it was not dry ).I had my fire roaring and was happy to get some new fire wood, so i loaded up the fire with an arm load, the wood was wet enough it wouldn't burn unless fire at max.I call the man and inform him of the wet wood and he states he will collect it and refund asks when i am home and if anyone is there during the day, Not ideal i would rather have what i paid for but ok ill take that.2 days later the wood is collected while i am at work and he claims it was not him knows nothing about it. A shame his white ute with a cage seen driving down my driveway Wednesday 27/05/2020, Police called, witness statements made,1 star is too many for this criminal.

Brian answered straight away and a date and time arranged for delivery. He turned up on time and was a delight to deal with. I can't see why anyone else would have a problem, but there you go. Good quality wood and a good measure of it too. I will definitely use Firewood-Dunedin again.

We have been getting wood from Firewood-Dunedin for a few years now, and finally writing a review! We get both Oregon and Blue Gum. Has always been very dry, and burns well, so I always know what will be getting. Very easy to deal with and delivers promptly. Would definitely recommend
