Me and my partner ordered the signature Tonkotsu ramen and the karaage chicken at Daruma Ramen and It was surely one of the best Japanese ramen we have tasted in Auckland.My partner who has travelled to Japan and has tasted the authentic tonkotsu ramen mentioned how amazing creamy and delicious the ramen was.I added extra chilli in mine as I love the extra kick in my food and I was surprised how much I loved my meal. I would surely go for round 2!

The food here is always delicious, No disappointments are made in my food.When I ask for a request of no seaweed in my Ramen, The staff was very lovely about it.The girl named, Tasha she was really good within making my Ramen she understood my requests and is very effective and lighting speed while making my Ramen.She gave me extra utilities just in case!100% coming back here.

Ramen broth is good, spicy is decently spicy.The pricy is very high for what you get, there wasn't a lot and there are better ramen places with higher quality noodles nearby that provide a better experience. I got mine through a voucher which really helped lower the price and made the overall experience better, would recommend using a voucher for this place.

The soup is too greasy, chashu slices are paper thin, and no other toppings. Might as well go to the Daikoku Ramen across the road.

Terrible customer service, asked for an extra lemon wedge and was met with very rude response. Had to pay by card for a small peice of lemon. The ramen quality was terrible. The pork felt off and rotten. Overcooked rubbish! The broth tasted like warm water and salt. The chef was incredibly unhelpful and barley spoke when we asked questions. Overall disappointing experience for price. If you want some actual good ramen, Go to Ajisen instead.

The most overpriced and disappointing ramen I’ve ever had. The broth tastes like instant ramen and the two pieces of chashu I got were so thin they were basically see-through. I also paid $2 for egg toppings, so either I got half an egg for $2 or the $15 chashu ramen has no egg in it (the egg was perfectly cooked though). For $17 you can get ramen with much better taste and portion only 5 minutes away. Not recommended.

There’s nothing special about this place - you will get small portion for a highly priced food and bad customer service.We ordered the signature tonkotsu chasu ramen and chicken karaage. Flavour of the ramen broth was ok (we have tasted better elsewhere), little amount of noodles given and very thin slices of pork. Chicken karaage had very little flavour and you only get 3 bite size pieces.Customer service - may need to retrain your staff to not just be order takers.I would not recommend anyone to buy here unless you really want to waste your money.
