The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, and the cats were adorable. It was such a treat to be able to pet and play with them while enjoying my drink. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the cats, and it was clear that they take great care of them. I would highly recommend this cat cafe to any cat lover looking for a unique and enjoyable experience.

Really fun experience. Place was really clean and tidy and lots of toys/activities for the cats. Cats really gorgeous and obviously well cared for. Like that there were lots of high cat trees etc if the cats wanted to get away/not be petted. Thank you!

The cats are so cuuuutteee!! My husband and I had really enjoyed our time with the cats. They’re so chill and well looked-after. The staff are nice. The coffee is great! A must-visit in newmarket. Also, it is very affordable. Will definitely keep coming back.

Staff were so lovely and really care about all the cats! Drinks were nice, the place was clean, I’ll honestly be going back again! The cats were so adorable! The fact that they’re all rescues and how they’re raising awareness in adoptions (and have just started their own first rounds) really makes this a great place to get behind. 100% recommending to others!

The staff were beyond kind. We spilled our drink and they were kind, forgiving, and patient. We could not find a trashcan so we kept the drink, but ended up knocking it over by accident AGAIN. Still they were kind, forgiving , and patient. Just as we spilled the drink the second time, one of the sweet women comes out of the kitchen area with our drink order to give us a free (and delicious!) new drink. The cats are cute and the milk teas are delicious. I want to say thank you to the staff for taking good care of us despite how troublesome we were!!

I love the place so much, the cats are well taken care of. The cafe is really clean. I can really tell that the cafe staff care about the cats, I saw him cleaning up one of the cat's eyes and kissing them. My partner spilled his drink, the cafe staff really kind to clean up the mess we made although we insisted to clean it ourselves. Not only that, they also kindly replace the drinks with a new freshly made.
