One of the best dates I've had with my partner because of the experiences my partner and I have both had. Service was elite, Super Friendly and helpful with picking spice levels and flavours. Food was extremely fresh and Hot. Very clean and tidy highly highly recommend. Traveled 2hrs for Nandos and was worth every cent!

The new management is good, what a turn around. The food is prepared well and a lot faster.My customised burger:Chicken blat+ Swiss or cheddar cheese+ Egg+ BBQ mixed with mild sauce(Can add another chicken breast)

Nice restaurant in terms of looks but multiple dirty tables with dishes left on them. Bottles of drink were just bottles, not in glasses. Very nice, laid back staff. Burgers were very good but messy and we weren't given napkins, thankful for the hand washing station. Overall, not quite as good as expected but still a solid 7/10.

Multiple times now I've ordered via Pick Up for a certain time. Always giving at least an hour notice. BUT ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT WHEN GETTING THERE. What's the point in ordering for pick up at a specific time when you guys don't even have it ready. Then I have to wait at least 20 minutes for you to get it cooked. Stop wasting my time!Staff need customer service training.Sort it out!

Spent $45 couldn’t get my drinks or a refund which was $10 of the order. The manager was rude, swore at me on complaint because they also had no tomato sauce ontop of the lack of alternative drink options. He also stunk of body odour & sweat. When your spending that amount of money you expect, food service, accuracy of order & for the staff to have some sense of customer service & a personal hygiene standard.

I used to work at Nandos so usually I have a lot of empathy for the workers but I was very disappointed with my service. I was told by the front of house gentleman that my food would only take 10 minutes. The restaurant was not busy and I only ordered a small meal so I thought it would be fine. Despite only a few customers and 4 people on staff, the crew only started making my order 30 minutes into my waiting time with the food not ready until another 15 minutes later (so all together I waited 45 minutes!). Not only that but my food was burnt! I understand that they may have been busy with phone orders or uber eats but this is not the first time I’ve had to wait so long and it is simply not good enough. Please do better.

I like this place. Like anywhere can get a bit nuts when busy. However the staff have always been very friendly and the food arrives amazingly fast even when busy. It’s a personal thing but I enjoy the spicy food. Plus they have bottles of sauce if you want to add your own. Decor is a bit rundown now. Could do with a refresh on the furniture but as it’s the food that counts it’s delicious.

I went in for lunch today, it Was by far the best burger ever. The cook was lovely,he even delivered it to the table. The burger was perfectly seasoned and very tasty. Asked for water and was delivered nice and cold. Would definitely come back and would recommend people to go to the porirua nandos it’s a friendly environment with lovely staff.

Ugh. So slow. I placed my order online at 5:10pm for a 6:30pm pick up. I showed up at 6:32 and had to wait for 20 minutes for my order to be ready. The staff looked at me like it was my fault. No apology or remorse at all. I asked if they could deliver it to me and was basically laughed at. Customer service just doesn’t exist here.

Really understaffed. We got told we had to wait for 35 mins. It was fine, but we ended up with really burnt, over cooked, dry chicken. Ordered chicken wings but got told they don’t have enough wings so could only give us thighs instead after our wait. 100% won’t come back again. Feel bad for the 2 staffs, it was too busy for them to handle.
