I was very anxious about getting my side impacted wisdom teeth removed, but the whole process was very easy and stress free. The staff and dr Raj ensured i was comfortable and recommended sedation which made the procedure quick and painless.

NSOMS provided great service for my urgent need of a biopsy on my tongue. They are extremely accommodating to arrange a very timely appointment for me. Dr. Raj was very warm, reassuring, he conducted the procedure with high standards and professionalism. I am very grateful for the service. I would highly recommend the practice for anyone who need oral surgery or relevant matters.

It was a nightmare! Terrible experience with Dr. Han Choi in my memory. He's aggressive, he's in a hurry, he's impatient, and he thinks he's a good dentist, and he's contemptuous and you messed up my tooth. We tried to communicate, but it didn't work out. Your business is getting bigger, your clinics are getting more, your fees are getting higher. It's not easy when you're training interns, treating patients, and running a business at the same time. You are getting more busy. Your cars are getting better and better, from Mercedes to Rolls-Royce. For sure, you are getting more $$$. But your skills is getting worse! I just want to tell you the truth, the dental council complaint system is too complicated, and I don't have time and energy to fight with you, but it doesn't mean I don't feel pain! You don’t need to ask your receptionist to search me in your date base. My physical and emotional damage will stay with me for the rest of my life. Who I am is not important and I will remember you forever. God is looking at you！

Excellent care at NSOMS Norrhcote. I needed an urgent tooth extraction and was referred by my Hamilton dentist to Rajiv Rajpal, Oral Surgeon. ( no help available in Hn until May).I am very grateful he shuffled 3 weeks patients to get me in the next day.From the receptionists, Nurses. Dental Assistant and Rajiv especially, I couldn't have asked for better care.NSOMS Northcote, is definitely a surgery you can be confident in.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Choi in 2016 after being referred by my dentist for orthodontics. I always recommend Dr Choi but keep forgetting to leave a review! As a specialist, I accepted that their fees might be dear as they are surgeons. The initial consult was quick and easy and he gave me options on anaesthesia and sedation. They saw me for a very early morning appointment which I appreciated, and the receptionist was patient while I asked my insurance if I had coverage. Zero issues with payment and the fees quoted to me. I woke up with my teeth out and was lucky to have had no post-op complications. Just perfect. Would 100% recommend (and still do).

My two wisdom teeth was pulled out in this clinic operated under general anesthesia by Dr. Han Choi. The whole process of the operation made me feel very comfortable, and the recovery after the operation was also very good. In the two weeks following surgery I had 3 follow up calls from the nurse asking how my recovery was going. The anesthetist is also very professional! I highly recommend this clinic:)
