What a disappointed service I have! When I checked my delivery on the website, it showed my car had arrived. I also double checked that with the office. However, when I come to collect, they told me it was a system mistake because the drive accidentally changed the record and actually my car just left Auckland. I don't think they can provide a reliable service. And also they ship your car at your own risk. Be careful.

My car has delivered safely from Queenstown but the experience from the company was very disappointing - the company has no such thing as customer care / service!!!Took much longer time to get the vehicle delivered to Auckland. I tried to find out why taking so long & why so long delay....however I had no choice but waiting & hoping my car to be in good shape when delivered as the company had no one who was willing to help or provide customer care / service....!!Would I use them again..?? No... never..!!I should have checked the feedbacks before choosing the company as the feedbacks on the company is very poor & I have experienced the same....

Took them 10 days to haul the vehicle to Auckland from Hamilton.... Unreasonable reasoning and all I could do is waiting and waiting. Customer service has no sense of urgency..

A shame you cant give less than one star. Terrible service. Poor communication from within this company resulted in a border line abusive phone call from the driver of the truck picking up my vehicle. Had used this company many times in the past but will not bother again after this latest ordeal. Made a complaint to management, who failed to follow that up with a courtesy call or any recognition. Unprofessional, circus of a company.

If I could give zero starts I would. My vehicle's back window was shattered during transportation and they refused to take responsibility and pay for the damages, claiming that they transport vehicles at the owners own risk. Please take care and don't let the same happen to you. This is very disappointing as we paid allot of money and they did not look after our vehicle like they were supposed too.

Brought a car online. Looked online at all the company’s for transport from South Island to North Island. Found Car Distribution Group to be the cheapest of the lot so went ahead with them. So decided to go with them. Car was noted prior to leaving with them as NO DAMAGED AT ALL prior to leaving the South Island. Car arrived with a DAMAGED front right fog light and they were not willing to hear one bit of it. Told me to go talk to my insurance. I will never be using them again. Might be cheaper than the other company’s but beware your car will likely arrived damaged and you have to pay for the damage caused by them. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. BE AWARE!Would definitely be paying little more next time from another company which will at least take more care during transit and be liable for their own damaged.Photo attached of the damaged caused by The car distribution group.
