It's clean and tidy with the new owner. Very nice fish n hot chips. The burgers here are highly recommended. Will come back again.

They might have great food but we'll never know... they weren't willing to accommodate dietary requirements and swap 4 sausages for 2 pieces of fish on a family pack...We asked nicely twice before leaving and finding fish and chips elsewhere

We had heard this was under new management with fresh new premises so decided to give it a go for our Monday night supper.The food was excellent! Good portion sizes and really tasty too! This will definitely be our 'go to place' for Fish n chips in Browns Bay.

I gave this rating because the food was yummy, but was small portions for the price. We brought the russian and chips and the chips portion was very very small. Otherwise was very yummy.Edit to add: yes the menu does say Russian and small chips and it literally is that. Good for a snack size but if you want more, your better to order russian on its own and a scoop of chips. Just to clarify for other customers :)

I went when the old owners were there, but now under new management, the food isn’t *great*, the portions were good, but they messed up my partner’s burger when I gave clear instructions which they didn’t seem to write down, the cheese was as hard as the bun (felt like cardboard) and the food just… was not good. I hate to leave this review because I really did enjoy this place, but it has definitely gone under.Sadly, I would not recommend.

Excellent take aways. Crumbed fish was beautifully cooked, the nicest we have ever had. Spring rolls delicious and were filled with lots of ingredients and very good value. Will definitely be using she would take aways again.

Had fish of the day yesterday, crumbed with fries and onion rings. Ended up with stomach cramps the next day.
