New Zealand Couriers

I ordered a parcel from Australia, and was given a tracking number that could not be found anywhere in the system. I called PBT Couriers first, as that was the tracking company the sender used, but they completely brushed me off and would not even take the tracking the details. I called NZ Post and NZ Couriers next, and though both were unable to find the tracking, both representative were friendly, polite and helpful to the best that they can.

Communication problems. I found it difficult to even find/speak with a person to book a job. The couriers, once booked, are always good. ADS

Staff, both phone and in person, we're helpful and made picking up my parcel a quick process. I love the later closing time too; it makes being able to pick up from the depot doable after work.

Tried to call to arrange my parcel, however there is just an automated message on the phone saying there are no available operators and hangs up. I have been trying since 5.15pm and have attempted 9 times. Yet they have hours of operation till 6pm. Just appalling.

Fantastic service by amazingly attentive staff. This young lady (Ashley) made everything so clear and assist with my shipping requirement. She took some time to explain and made the transaction so easy. We need more knowledgeable, kind and attentive people. These are the real treasure of NZ Couriers. Great work, thank you.

Not happy. After checking website that office was open until 6pm. Sign on the door says open to 6pm. Arrived 505 parked directly in front of the office and kept working on packaging my parcel. I needed to make it stiff as it contained display graphics. I walked in with my parcel at 540 pm only to be told there were no cash sales after 530pm. There was a small print notice which couldn't be read from were I parked (only the width of the footpath away). No mention of cash sales cut off on the website. If I had of known I would have gone in before 530 as I was right there. Small package Palmerston North to New Plymouth Thursday for Friday delivery. Took some creative thinking to solve after this happened. If I could give NZ Couriers a negative rating I would, as giving them a 1 is too much for misleading me on the website then on the bold office sign. Biggest thumbs down for trying to cover their butt but having small print notice that can't be read when parked directly in front from the cab of a truck.

Whoever does the Roslyn area is a legend. He dropped my package off in no time and double checked to see if I had gotten my previous one that he dropped off. Friendly and efficient. Give mans a raise

Booked night before for pick up next day and these people never turned up ? no email to say cant make it.Had to send a email to them and write out 3 lots of tracking numbers grrrr.Poor service palmerston north nz couriers but it is mark lundy town after all.Will they pick up after email? they took my money so its 50/50 chance they will

Seem to be only selling to corporates over the counter. I wanted a few pre-paid envelopes. I ended up having to go elsewhere, even though I prefer NZ Couriers.
