LA Social | Queenstown Band

LA Social recently played at our wedding at The Hide in Lake Hawea! Our guests commented that they had never seen a dance floor so packed for a whole 3 hours! They really got the party started and only took a very short break. We had a bit of a country theme to our wedding and they chose lost of songs off their set list to cater to this. Lindsay was so great in the lead up to our big day too - always quick to respond to emails and super flexible with requests. Would highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a band for your big day!

On the night, they had everyone up on the dance floor and they more than delivered the energy and excitement we were looking for. Their music was also perfect for the ceremony and canapé hour. Absolute dream team! Having LA Social play at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. The dance floor was never empty and they kept playing banger after banger that catered for all of our guests. Dancing on shoulders under the disco ball to The Proclaimers was definitely a highlight. Great communication, great music and all round great humans.

Lindsay and the team are absolutely fantastic. We had them at our wedding and they created such a good atmosphere, brilliant at reading the room and keeping the vibe going. Awesome sound, and just kept our guests grooving, moving and grinning all night!

LA Social were absolutely incredible to deal with from start to finish for our wedding. We first heard them play at our friends wedding and thought they were fantastic so wanted them to play at ours. All of the guests were commenting on how great the band was and we were all up on our feet dancing throughout the night. Would definitely recommend LA Social to friends and family in the future.

There is only one word to describe LA Social's performance on our wedding night, and it's Amazing! And that is the same comment from everyone of our guests. And I, the groom, have never danced a day in my life. Yet I felt comfortable enough in the atmosphere created by LA social to pull off my weird moves and feel ok about it. We are so glad and so happy to have LA Social play at our wedding. We were originally kind of worried that no one would join our dance floor. But in end, almost everyone did, including my 91 years old grandma! This was truly a first for a lot of my family and what a memorable night it was. This truly would not have been possible without LA Social.The day would not be the same without LA social. And thanks again for your amazing performance!
