Mitchell is amazing. Whenever we need technical support he logs onto our computer from afar and sorts any issues we have.He is friendly and incredibly patient.Mitchell always gets back to us in a timely manner and is great at managing our expectations.If you need technical support no matter how big or small your problem is then Mitchell is definitely your man. Mitchell did an amazing job sorting out all my small business tech problems. I was so relieved to have found someone who actually went above and beyond on making sure all issues were solved before leaving. Mitchell even acted as a liason between Microsoft and myself and made the neccesary upgrades to my systems. Awesome work!!! I now consider Mitchell a valued member of my Safe Food Services team.

I found Dial A Tech via word of mouth on our local suburban page. Right from the get go, Mitchell showed great communication skills. He is punctual, courteous, friendly yet professional, and very patient. After listening to my needs, he set to work prioritising tasks to make efficient use of his time. I love that he simplified tech jargon so I could understand and he took time to show me how specific things work. He is great at finding solutions to problems. A week later I received a follow up email from him to check on things. I highly recommend his services. Thanks Mitchell.

He help me talk to Vodafone with all the tech stuff, and got me back into a cheaper plan and hooked the wires up for new fiberline.He also explained to me why I need this done.I would recommend this guy and I would call him again if we need him. FANTASTIC JOB, THANKS

I had an urgent problem with a new Android mobile phone not loading contacts. Mitchell worked through this on a long weekend. He was methodical and got to the cause of the problem. It was fixed and along the way he gave me some excellent tips on the gmail account. Excellent service doen under urgency. Thank you.

We had internet issues and the provider kept telling us there was nothing wrong. I rang Mitch and he came out the day after , changed our modem and problem solved . So professional and responsive . I would highly recommend his services to anyone :) THEY ROCK!!!!!!
