Terrible customer service tonight. I used to order the same dish every time for lunch. For some reason the super rude lady told me' No they can't do it' in a terrible tone and manner.Will never come back again. Used to be a super loyal customer.

Delicious chicken katsu! But health and hygiene is my concern when one of the workers wear the same gloves to clean tables, collect dirty dishes etc. and handle food.

One of the best places in Wellington to get a Katsu Bowl. It's always fresh and tasty! I'm here once a fortnight to pick up Katsu for dinner and sometimes for lunch if I'm in the Hutt. Service is pretty good and the place is always clean and tidy ... including the restroom. They have a decent variety of food and everything I've tried I've enjoyed, however that being said, the Katsu Bowl is my favourite! Only downside for me is I wish they put more sauce over the chicken.

This place is so yum. Their chicken and chips are just so Delicious. I would appositely buy this again. Their Chicken & Chips are so worth it $11.

Have been this restaurant many times, but encountered this tall female cashier last time, she couldn't understand what I would like to order even I repeated few times, charged wrong price as well, I was very upset, the food was delicious though. Expect better customer service from you!

I’m a regular here. Customer service is always top notch. Sushi is clean, delicious and well priced. Dumplings are yum, Katsu is good. Chicken and Chips is great I would have given it 5 stars however from time to time someone over seasons the Eel sushi (my 3yr olds favourite). She’s most upset when it’s too spicy.
