Velvet Blend

I visited here on a week day morning. Service was very friendly and atmosphere very pleasant. Although I never ate any food, it looked delicious and I will try next time. Out door area looks amazing and hopefully get there over summer.

Gotta be the best cafe in Canterbury! I can't find a single thing to fault... The coffee is excellent, the food is divine and the atmosphere is perfect. Even if you don't live in the area, I would highly recommend making the trip out to visit these guys!!

Checked out this new wee spot for lunch yesterday. Oh my goodness what a find! Right on the main road coming into town from Fairlie, lots of roadside parking. The coffee was excellent, and the food was ridiculously good! Lemon curd cupcake was our favourite, alongside the crumble slice and club sandwich. There was a gorgeous giftware selection too. Looooved the set ups for our baby to be entertained... little wooden kitchen, water feature, and BABY GOATS, with a sink outside to wash hands. Takeaway only so no v pass required, and a couple seats outside where you can wait for your order which you must collect from a bench. Absolutely would go again!

Great little coffee shop. Great staff even the young helpers know what they're doing. Havent brought the food, but it looks great.Great work team. Just what we needed in Pleasant Point.

Had spare time waiting for passengers so grabbed a sit down coffee and cheese roll.Cheese roll was delicious coffee warm, and zero atmosphere.Got brought dine in purchase in takeaway serving.Wasn’t busy so guess room for improvement all round

You have to go here if going through Pleasant Point.Amazing staff and great service surprised locals don’t swamp this place. Great out door area to sit.

Friendly as. Nice setting. Display cabinet with food looked fabulous. However, sausage roll - get a meat thermostat to check temps, girls. Was disappointed to sit down and have cardboard plate and plastic cutlery and takeaway cups. Coffee not brilliant - may have been the brand. Sorry - probably won't return immediately :(
