If I could give a zero I would. Illegitimate. Take cash jobs. Won’t take non-urgent deliveries due to many excuses. Definitely not forthcoming and hang up when they cannot answer any of your queries. However, Free to take your money when urgent more expensive job is made. If you don’t mind this type of discrimination. Than use their services.

Very professional, fast and reliable service!! My parcel was delivered earlier than expected!!!

Booked a vacating premise job 2.5 weeks earlier and confirmed 2 days in advance, but no one showed up! No phones or emails were answered. No voice mail services. They simply vanished.All other services such as cleaning, settlement are scheduled based on the moving day. This major let-down would delay the settlement and cost my client thousands.

Never use this courier company. Terrible and useless. They are not even worth 1 star. Lodged the job at 1pm for 3-4 hrs delivery. Parcel didn’t get picked up until 3pm!! And now at 5:44pm still can’t say the delivery time. Super disappointed!! Stay away from this company!And finally the parcel never been delivered! Completely dysfunctional company. WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER!I still need to chase my return parcel after two weeks! and just been told the parcel has been delivered to the recipient address after i have requested to send back to me. Totally ridiculous!The customer team can not provide me a solution and one of the directors called me and said they will try to retrieve the parcel and will give me an update soon. He did call but went to the voice mail and left a message saying will call me again later. But no call back after three days. Even the director can not follow up a job properly!At the end, no director or any of their staff follow up the job and when I called them again, director was refused to talk to me or allow me to lodge a claim. Totally a bunch of rubbish here!!!!!!

Today 13/09/18 at 9.35am on the junction of Carbine Road and Panama Road one of the drivers a white car went through red lights and from the wrong side of the road. And so fast we couldn't get the registration. Is it the company putting so much pressure on drivers that they have to commit this illegal manoeuvres
