Always the worst service at night time especially around 9pm. Wait times are huge and food orders are always missing something and the large chips are always half empty making it a regular at best! Always have to ask for a cup holder even when it's 3 or 4 drinks or more(shouldn't even be a question im by myself in a car with 2 cup holds and you trying to hand me 4 drinks and give me attitude n role your eyes when I ask for a cup holder like honestly get real). They have inexperienced people on the drive thru window which makes it worse while the manager is laughing away talking to others and I over heard her saying to one of the staff you're not supposed to let me know you are stealing the throw away food (and laughing while saying it... that's tax fraud along with theft)... hopefully, the owners can see this and get it sorted asap

Came here multiple times late in the night and the staff were great and fast. I also come here many times during the day and the staff are still doing their best. The food is also delicious.

ordered a double quarter pounder, or maybe i got onions with a side of burger? SO much ONION, honestly tried to just scrape some onions off but it was so strong lmao. don’t recommend this maccas as this happens a lot. good fries though !

Had an issue, after asking a reasonable question was basically ignored so I sat at the drive through window and waited…Was presented with the Drive through Manager who called me love at least 20 times, talked over me and was disinterested in fixing the issue.Have some respect when dealing with your customers, and perhaps try talking to people and not at them… Your service was terrible - I hope they give you some training as you clearly need it.Food - they probably spat in it after being remade and was average at best.

I ordered from this store via UberEATS as I can't leave work to go out and get lunch...only to find that the 'large fries' weren't even large. They were also cold, soggy and barely salted. I'm really hoping they didn't leave my order to sit there. The burger's cheese had also melted to the box basically ruining the best part of the burgerhow do I know these practices? I know because I worked at McDonald's for 4 years. Please do better.overall the food was meh. I still ate it cause I'm hungry but I've had better Maccas food.

Came here twice because the Burger King near by sucks lol and we're from Auckland and have to say this place is great! Nice customer service, completed our order quickly and the coffee is amazing. My husband liked the food as well. Thanks

My aunt, who is quite bad at walking and now uses a walker, after 3 falls in 2 years, and I had lunch at Te Rapa McDonald's on Monday. We received exemplary service from Martha the shift manager. We were unsure how to use the big order board and she was obviously watching us look lost and came over to offer help and then said for us to come to the service counter and she would put our order in. Once that was done she offered to bring it over for us. Martha was so lovely, friendly and helpful and I wanted you to know what a great employee you have on her and how impressed we were with her.

Went tonight and was a pretty bad experience. Drive thru was slow and not too sure if worker was new or not but they weren’t communicating very well with us and eventually messed up our order. Not only were some things messed up but some of our order was entirely left out so was pretty disappointing.
