Unreliable and bad at communication. I asked for a job and got a quote. The consultant guy rang me not long after the quote was given and made it sound like we had to make a quick decision. So I agreed to proceed, put everything in writing and sent an email and a txt msg. Heard no response and I was wondering what was going on. So I had to ring the main office to find out what happened, only to be advised that they are now no longer taking the job. Told me a completely different story to what the consultant guy has said. Would have been nice if he made it clear in the first place so that I didn't have to wait and waste my time and effort.
