We ordered a washing machine online and it was smooth and easy, the delivery guy will only drop it to the outside of your door and didn’t assist on taking it inside which was fine and I think they possibly state this somewhere so luckily it wasn’t too heavy between two people. Several months later the top hinge to the front loader broke and I emailed them to which David was superb! Excellent communication and went through very smooth and I was able to pick up a replacement door once he notified me. The 3 other people at the Onehunga store however when I arrived there to pick it up came across rude, English barrier as didn’t understand my request or seemed to not want to help however only giving a 4 star due to DAVID Tuckers great customer service so I do appreciate his time, clear communication and helpfulness. He deserves a raise.

Do not recommend doing business with Trade Depot! They were quick and happy enough to take our money ($5k no less) for channel grates. It took one month from order placement, to find out Trade Depot's courier didn't have a truck big enough to carry the 3m lengths of channel grate that we ordered. After a big hassle, we went to the Onehunga store to collect the channel grates ourselves, and left Trade Depot to deal with Fliway and the channel grates that had been sitting in the Fliway depot for a month. We collect our channel grates, drive one hour home (two hour return trip) only to discover Trade Depot has incorrectly supplied us with two different profiles. So we did another two hour round trip back to the shop, only to discover they don't have the stock to supply us with our full order. So we request a refund. That was 10 days ago and I'm still waiting for my $5k refund. Unable to get a response from anyone at Trade Depot, apparently there is no" phone number for their accounts department. And every time I call I am fobbed off by customer services with a "we will look into it and call you back (or not as is the case here). Disgusting customer service and shocking trade from start to finish. I'd avoid at all costs. Where's my $5k Trade Depot?????I'll shortly be lodging a claim through the Disputes Tribunal as this is a joke!!"

Firstly one star doesn't go to the local shop but online service. Delivery was on time, but our oven failed and we have claimed a refund since the beginning of May! Haven't seen money yet, we spoke to one person, two months later a new lady who doesn't have our previous emails. Be careful about their online customer service.Yes writing this review as a very disappointed customer, who hopes our money will be returned. Won't be using Trade Depot again. Unfortunately.

Bought vogue washing machine 2 days ago $1000, firstly delays in shipment and then machine part failure in second use and it flooded my whole garage and damaged my electrical equipments. Called team they disconnect, went to showroom they said its an accident we are not liable and now trying to chat with them. They discontinued chat when i asked questions.Never ever buy anything from this store. There products are cheap but not reliable. Customer service is very very very very poor.Next step is consumer court for me now.

I bought a double door fridge for $600 approximately which is running okay so far. My friend recently got a small wash basin for $69 which also looks okay. I've not dealt much with these guys but have heard they sometimes have good deals. The warehouse is massive, well maintained and presented. However, I feel there should be more staff members around to assist in my opinion. Staff members at the counters are friendly and helpful but seem under pressure. The overall procedure in terms of purchase to delivery/pick up can improve. Customer service is okay but can improve in terms of speed and efficiency.

Order three bathroom furnitures, two were delivered as damaged. Vanity was broken in half, and its replacement got a chipped edge which they refused to cover as warranty. Side cabinet got broken top and bottom boards. No warranty, no replacement, no refund, and no response from their email or online chat. Do not trust their products' quality and shipping quality, even though the package is intact, there is always broken part inside! Make sure you rip off all packages and check all details when you receive them by shipping. I used to think they have good price with reasonable quality, now I have to dump all of them and spend double cost to get replacements from somewhere else.

Recently had my dishwasher fixed and a part replaced. My dishwasher is just over 2 years old and missed the warranty. It did take two months of back and forth communication to get this fixed. The technician worked fast and was out the door within 20 mins.

During the online purchase process, there are no obvious buttons to prompt customers whether they need installation services or services to move into designated indoor locations, which brings great inconvenience to customers and the driver is very rude. This store only has a business mindset of selling at low prices and lacks the awareness of providing good convenience services for customers, resulting in a poor shopping experience.Regarding customer feedback, this store always emphasizes its sales rules and has no awareness of how to improve and improve its customer service standards. It can be seen that the management personnel of this store have poor customer service awareness.

Rome Ramirez service and response was nice and fast. He replied to every single email quick and nice. He was certainly a exceptional and actually owning the issue and getting is sorted quickly and efficiently with a real friendly attitude.Thank you so much Rome for a quick replacement arrangement. You are awesome :)
