The items sold are fine and good quality. However the website is terrible, the layout is confusing and items that show up may not be available in store or things in stock may not be on the website.edit. Na its pretty good. The employees are very helpful and the site just needs some getting used too.

Once again Alex, Sam, Joseph and the whole team at Unlimited Airsoft Christchurch deliver the goods. Absolutely positively 5 Star service from start to finish. No BS.. for personal reasons I cannot say what I purchased but what I can say is the team at Unlimited Airsoft will do absolutely everything they possible can “Within Reason” to help out their customers. No matter where you are from. This was my second purchase with them and all I can say is they are fantastic to deal with and they deliver excellent customer service.

I purchased an Upbeat 110cc Quad Bike for $1450 from these guys, supposedly with free shipping, I received a confirmation and email to say bike was ready to be shipped and I should shortly receive tracking consignment number. Waited and waited, heard nothing, called shop to be told I now had to pay hundreds more in shipping costs. i cancelled order and asked for refund. nearly 3 weeks later, still no refund. Called and emailed repeatedly to be told they have refunded and need to check with their bank but they don't get back to me with any explanation. Still no refund! Buyer beware, don't part with any money, they are dishonest and I will be following with police and credit card companies.
