After 6 months of working with Harcourts rentals and being told I had a good case to get the bond from the tenancy tribunal to cover just a little of the $14000 of damage 'found' at the end of the tenancy I am told that suddenly I dont have a case at all. It was clear they could not be bothered. This with the $5000 loss made when previous tenants chosen and vetted by the agency used p and the house had to be cleaned. These experiences led us to sell the house , once our family home, to avoid any further experiences. Laying an official complaint was a complete waste of time.

I had the pleasure of having Irene Duncan sell my property.Within 10 days,she had 4 agreements,3 at asking price and 1 in excess of asking.Prior to this,a couple of other companies tried to sell the property for over a year without success.I recommend if you want a professional,action packed, results driven salesperson,it would be foolish to use anyone else other than Irene.
