I visit this place on Thursdays for the Heart of Yoga event that Meditation New Zealand hosts weekly. The Channel View Lounge on the 2nd floor is a big space with a kitchen and separate male and female toilet - good ventilation, very clean and well-maintained.Safe, albeit limited off street parking.

The rooms were great clean and tidy. Vehicle acess poor due to two parked cars in the drop off area for hours. We had disabled and wheelchair people.
