Just found the invoice from our Ecoenergy heat pump installation from 5-Oct-2011. Must be time for a review. I can confidently say this is a remarkably reliable unit. I have given the cover a re-paint otherwise no maintenance required. I can feel the heat on the outlet pipe and the manual says it has an alarm if the refrigerant runs low so its running perfectly. Silent inside and no louder than a heat pump outside. We replaced our slimline water cylinder with a taller 170ltr unit and never run out of hot water. Another example of excellent NZ developed engineering !
