We love Local has such a great range of local products.We were grateful our order was able to be delivered the next day. We searched so many NZ sites that were not able to do this.We were also amazed at the level of service we received from 'We love Local' as this gift box was going to a family member in another city. Their level of care and concern to ensure the gift box was received, and confirming this with us showed their commitment to their business.Our family member absolutely loved the gift!Thank you so much we will always order from you going forward :)

I ordered a box from We Love Local which was simple and easy to do. It was delivered within a couple of days. The overall service was great, and I will definitely be purchasing more boxes in the future. It is such a brilliant idea and makes gift giving so easy. I also really love that they support local businesses, donate to local charities and are conscious of being environmentally friendly. I would highly recommend using the We Love Local services.

I experienced outstanding customer service from “We Love Local” yesterday.I had ordered one of their great gift boxes knowing delivery was time sensitive but from past experience also knowing “We Love Local” are quick to dispatch. From the tracking I could see the dispatch had indeed happened quickly but for an unknown reason, the delivery had stalled at the courier depot. Whilst finding it difficult to make contact with the courier company, I also emailed “We Love Local” in case they could assist from their end. “We Love Local” sprung into action! Not only did I receive a quick response from Timo by email, I also received a phone call from Val offering two possible solutions. They then chose a third: delivering a second dispatch to me in person and arranging with the courier company for the original one to be returned to them! The communication was incredible throughout!In times where it is all too common to find it difficult to make contact with an actual person to have a problem resolved, this company went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The selection of local quality artisan products and the presentation in a wooden recyclable crate is also exceptional.I commend “We Love Local” on their quality products supporting local, and their fast, efficient and generous service. I bought one of the We Local Box Sets as a present for my Wife’s Birthday. I was looking for something different to the usual hampers and we love to buy things from our local shops so this product seemed like a perfect gift.The company sent me an email of what to expect, and an introduction. The birthday arrived this morning and I had not heard from NZ Post, I emailed We Local and they replied immediately saying the parcel would arrive within 2 hours. It arrived within 15 minutes hand delivered by Timo who wished my wife a happy birthday. She was delighted with the gift which is full of local Kapiti products and beautifully presented. Timo sent an email straight after and refunded the delivery costs which he really didn’t need to do. It’s a wonderful company, I will highly recommend them to everyone I know. The product is first class and the service is exceptional. I was lucky to find Local when looking for a gift to be sent to my brother in NZ for his 70th birthday. Local website was easy to navigate (I am not very computer savvy). Their delivery timing was perfect. Gift arrived ON THE DAY! Thank you Local.

I ordered a care package for a friend recovering from Covid yesterday just after 4:30pm and it was delivered to her in Auckland early this afternoon. She is delighted with the contents. Such great service. I'll be using We Love Local again.
