Most horrible experience so far. Had to collect my courier by myself even after paying ontime.

Online Distribution provide all of our Warehousing, Distribution and Logistics and have help our business growth with their quick service and prompt responses.

The team that served me were very pleasant and helpful, great manners.

I used Online Distribution for the Past 5 years. We have recently moved 3pl's because of ongoing issues. We were moved around their warehouse, the stock was everywhere, and we had a lot of issues, huge numbers of staff changes and structure changes. We were extremely patient and forgiving over the years.On Moving out there was a stock discrepancy of around $7000 in stock that should be there vs. what was physically there. This was after a March stocktake. They refuse to pay this (actually they just havent bothered to respond) citing a clause in their contract that .5% of stock value is OK for them to lose.Just be aware, I do business fairly and honestly. I don't believe the way this was handled was either of those.

Online Distribution handle the receipt, storage and delivery of several of our products around New Zealand. They do a great job and have been instrumental in the scaling of our operation.
