Went to Henderson branch and got gel nail done. I told a lady that I'm after natural colour and she pointed one which is not my colour. Then I asked if they have shimmery nudy colour but she didn't say anything but pointed the same one which was solid. I took some time to choose colour and she said something to her colleague next to her in their language and then disappeared to the back. After a while she came back and did my nail, it was quick and turned out ok, but got some gel on my skin and the UV machine was filthy with other customers gel all over. The lady disappeared without saying anything after putting cuticul oil only on my one hand, and her colleague did it on the other and told me it's finished. Totally unpleasant service. Learned a lesson I should've read reviews before going to a new salon.

Will not be returning.When I arrived, I asked for gel on my natural nails (I’ve spent ages growing my nails to the length I’m happy with). Then when I sat down with a different lady doing my manicure, she grabbed my hand and snipped off one of my nails before I could say ‘what are you doing?’. She said ‘she told me you wanted false nails’ which I replied ‘that’s not what I said at all’. And now I have just one fake nail while I managed to save the rest. Had they discussed what I wanted in a language I could have understood, I’d have had a chance to correct them before they made the mistake. She then spoke to her colleagues in another language, blatantly laughing about the matter and didn’t offer any kind of refund for the mistake, nor simply apologize. Terrible customer service.

I had a tiny bit of gel left on my nails - they buffed them down so much my nail started bleeding and I can’t touch anything without shooting pains. Simple ‘sorry’ but still made me pay. I’ve never felt so much pain in my nails!

I got acrylics from here and the lady said i would have to wait 10 minutes for me and my friend to get it done at the same time but that turned into 45 minuets she also said acrylics would be 70 and for my friend she said it would be 90 for her old nail to be removed aswell so she charged my friend 90 but she also charged me 90 even though i was just getting acrylics. The lady seemed very rushed and kept stopping to awnser the phone and not to mention the colour i picked didnt turn out the way it looked on the coulor sticks. The lines were wonky and some of that nails have already started chipping after a week the gel polish was bumpy and over 3 days lost all of its gloss. There are also air bubbles under my nails and i wasnt happy with the experience.

Very dirty place. One of the girls working there took her mask off to cough without covering her mouth. She also was constantly on her phone while dealing with customers at the desk. Did not see any equipment being sterilised. UV machine was so dirty I felt like I was going to catch something in here. Nails look absolutely terrible too, one nail is covered in dust and no shine and the others haven’t even reached the edge of my nail. Will not be going back!

I came to do nails at this store on 9th april sunday around 2pm. I had menicure and pedicure service the lady who done my nails name is lee.The lady was too rude and not cleaning the feet when i ask her politely to scrub the feet which is including in the pedicure she said council told us not to clean the feet. She was talking in her own language very loudly with other girl not friendly at all.She was not in professional uniform but working like a employee. Very bad attitude

Nail was done perfectly however girls over there were so annoying. All the times keeps talking so loud in there native language from one corner of the room to another. The one who was doing my nails was on phone all the times. Using the same clips and stuffs for other customers without cleaning. Not very healthy environment. Thanks

DO NOT PAY PRIOR TO GETTING ANYTHING DONEI went in for white acrylic tips today and they told it would be about a 10 minute wait. 30 minutes later I get gestured into a seatThe first thing I noticed was that she didn’t clean the bench where she had her previous client.She made a lot of questionable decisions throughout the process. She did not prepare the nail bed. She filed my nails and didn’t ask me to wash my hands (which would remove the dust before applying the acrylic). She filed my nails and went straight to applying tips. She’s applied them wonky and didn’t even them out.A colleague of hers actually approached her to suggest a different shape for me (they had this conversation in vietnamese) and she said that I insisted on square shape (which I didn’t). The same lady doing my nails said that my hands were hard to work with because my nail beds grew in a strange way and it would look ugly no matter what she did.What caused the biggest confusion for me was that she dried one hand with a fan after applying acrylic and them one hand with a desk lamp, not even a UV lamp or anything. She didn’t even swapped between the two, one hand was fan dried and the other was placed under a desk lamp for 30 seconds.Throughout this, she rushed the acrylic and only cured my nails AFTER applying the top coat. The acrylic job was uneven as well. There is both dust and bubbles in the nails.After curing my nails she just told me to go wash my hands. When I went to return to her, she was already with another client and told me it was done. Not even a thank you or bye.I tried to dispute this, I told them I don’t even want a refund, I just wanted my nails corrected. But they told me they were too busy to correct it.Do not pay until they are actually done and up to standard. I do not recommend this place at all.

Amazing service from ling. This was my third time getting my lashes done here, very affordable and the service was great. She makes you feel welcome and the lashes last a very long time with good quality glue. 10/10 would recommend this place for all.

Usually get pedicures and it’s not too bad, pretty basic experience. But I went to get gels removed from my nails and get my nails shaped. The lady just filed all of the gel off instead of soaking it off, but she filed a lot of my actual nails with it leaving them thin, weak and brittle until they grow out. Would not recommend, she didn’t seem to know what she was doing.
