I've had good service here overall. The staff do seem under pressure at times - there is no dedicated receptionist - when you walk in, you must take a 'numbered ticket' and sit / wait. The nurses also double up as receptionists / admin so they are walking back and forth from clinical room to front desk and back. I've found them to be careful and as helpful as someone who is doing a repetitive task over and over, dealing with a multitude of people can be. I'm sure at times it can be a tiring role.

Called in on Saturday 5th September and the staff were fantastic. It was completely painless and all done in a couple of minutes. Mind you the older receptionist looked very grumpy. Lol.

Really bad customer service, they don't take home visit blood tests seriously. They never give a fixed time for when they will arrive. Sometimes have to wait at home all day just for the lab test person to arrive. They also never call in advance to let you know what time of day they are coming. If you miss them they refuse to reschedule. Overall really bad service and I would never recommend their service to anyone. Please avoid using this company to do your medical tests, there are much better companies out there with good customer service.

Very happy to advise that I have had excellent service from Labtests for a number of years.I would like to acknowledge in particular the superb services from Sandra. Sandra has regularly and successfully taken my blood for a number of years, knows how to deal with tiny veins, knows how interact with me professionally and empathtically .

Terrible service and poor communication. Most of the staffs were very rude. They must have a customer service education how to communicate with customers. One of the staffs complained about my tiny vein. She could not take my blood and sent me home in a harsh tone. She was not professional. I went to Devonport branch and a nurse took my blood straight away.

Revisit for the second blood test. The nurse tried three times couldn't get the blood at all. The lame excuse is my wife got small vein and dehydrated!! Excuse Me!!! We came here two days ago, different nurse, one go, three tubes of blood no pain!! My wife suffering multiple pains and get blamed this time. I am not happy at all for the service.

It's understaffed and they're overworked, but that's a failing on the company's part. The people have been alright to me and haven't missed a vein yet.
