Very unprofessional. Booked a viewing and when reached at the property, agent said no keys available. Waste of time also didn't even bother to inform prior or email.

We have rented through 4 homes with Lodge Rentals and have never had any issues. Our property manager (Kim Greene) through 3 homes was absolutely lovely and always doing a great job, and our current property manager (Elizabeth Hoole) has been lovely and accomodating since we moved in a few months ago. Would definitely recommend Lodge and the lovely property managers we have had.
