I find Rachna's therapies so relaxing and uplifting. They are more than a massage they are healing. I always leave Ayuspa feeling relaxed, refreshed, lighter and in a much better space. Ayuspa is a blissful experience, like being at a retreat, beautiful in every sense of the word.

Rachana is just amazing! I have tried so many different Spas in New Zealand and around the world. I must say that Rachana is amongst one of the best. It's an unique experience that is full of blessings. Rachana has in depth knowledge in ancient Indian medicine, along with her warm heart and healing hands. I have tried facial, awakening, back massages, etc. Every time I just feel so much lighter and happier when I walk out of the door.

My daughter booked this spa treatment for my 60th birthday and what a treat it was. I can highly recommend Aya Spa. It's a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. I had the shirodhara treatment - my first time ever. It was a lovely, relaxing experience. Very professional service from Rachna. Her setting of the clinic is beautiful and you feel like a guest I her space. Lovely extra touches like a meal and drink at the end of the session. Looking forward to my next treatment here ☺️

Amazing massage! Rachna is very experienced and clearly has a gift for healing. I decided on the Total Bliss royal treatment (90min), as informed by Rachna, after I explained I wanted a rhythmic and relaxing massage. It was exactly what I had hoped for - I left feeling wonderfully relaxed, pampered and nurtured. The facilities and massage room were both luxurious and tranquil. This was experience was better than the full body ayurvedic massages I had when I lived in Auckland. We are very lucky to have AyuSpa here in the Waikato! Looking forward for my next occasion to treat myself to a treatment here. Thank you Rachna! :)

Delicious tea to start before the consultation, followed by the most amazing experience. An hour and a half of pure bliss - warm oil face massage (divine!) and full body massage with warmed oils tailored specifically for me. Highly recommend AyuSpa and will definitely be back.

Wow! What an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating Ayurveda massage I had today. I feel absolutely amazing and highly recommend AYUSPA if you want to de-stress and unwind. Rachna (of Ayuspa) is so lovely, so welcoming, and she was very experienced and good at what she does. Rachna's manner is so relaxing, the facilities are beautiful, very clean and well taken care of, with alot of the latest technology but delivered in a very beautiful, earthy and exotic way... It was a very beautiful atmosphere and unlike anything Ive experienced before.. the whole process was lovely.
