I would just like to say I live across the road from Furness grooming. And not once have I ever heard the groomer yell at distressed dogs" the previous review is inaccurate and unreliable. Both ladies that run the grooming services are both highly professional and I have never seen any distressed dogs in the 3yrs I've lived opposite them. Yes the dryers are loud

I work on this street and I am absolutely appalled at the sound of this woman yelling at these distressed animals. She wears hearing protection for the ridiculously loud hair drying machine, audible from four houses down. The only thing you can hear over this machine is the business owners voice screaming back at the yelping dogs. You only have to stand a few houses down while the hair dryer is going to witness this.

I have a small dog who hates anything to do with being groomed, however with Furnesse Dog Grooming they take the time, love, care and patience and thd outcome is absolutely amazing each time. Thank your Gen for the care and love you put into your work x

My dog is regularly groomed at Furnesse Grooming and I live on the street. The team are always professional, prompt and in my opinion, great value for money. Highly recommend.

Furnesse Dog Grooming
I own the house right behind Furnesse dog grooming and I also don't hear terrified dogs or the groomer shouting at the dogs. I hear the dryers but all groomers have similar dryers. From what I have seen Genivieve is calm with the dogs and professional and as I'm coming up and down the driveway on a daily basis I havent seen anything at all that justifies the previous review.

My dog use to absolutely hate being groomed. He arrives to Furnesse with a wagging tail. They do an amazing job . Highly recommend
